What platforms do you cover?
ChaJi Global currently investigates Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. We analyze publicly available content on each platform, including posts, profile information, connections, and activity patterns.
How long does an investigation take?
Most investigations complete within 2–5 minutes. Complex cases with extensive social media histories may take up to 10 minutes. You will receive a notification (and can download the report) as soon as it is ready.
Is this service legal?
Yes. ChaJi Global only analyzes information that users have voluntarily made public on social media platforms. We do not access private messages, non-public profiles, or any data behind authentication. You are responsible for using the service for lawful purposes only, such as business due diligence, recruitment screening, or personal safety verification. You must not use results to harass, discriminate, or harm others.
What does my free investigation include?
Your free investigation includes a full analysis across all 5 platforms, AI-powered risk assessment, behavioral pattern analysis, and a downloadable .docx report — the same as a paid investigation.
How does payment work?
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). You can purchase a Single Report ($29), a 5-Pack ($99), or a 20-Pack ($299). Purchased investigations are added to your account and never expire.
Can I get a refund?
If you have not yet used an investigation credit, we can issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Investigations that have already been processed cannot be refunded. To request a refund, email hello@chaji.global with your account email and order details.
How accurate are the results?
Our AI achieves high accuracy on identity matching and content analysis, but no automated investigation is perfect. We recommend using ChaJi Global reports as one input in your decision-making process, not as the sole basis for consequential decisions.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest). We do not sell your personal information or the target data you investigate to third parties. Reports are stored securely and accessible only to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What login methods do you support?
We use email-based one-time passwords (OTP) — no passwords to remember or leak. Simply enter your email, receive a 6-digit code, and you're in.
Do you have an API or integration for AI agents?
Yes! ChaJi Global supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), allowing AI agents like Claude, GPT, and others to directly call our investigation capabilities. Enterprise API access is also available. Contact hello@chaji.global for details, or access the MCP manifest at /.well-known/mcp.json.
