Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChaJi Global (the “Service”), operated by 流星农企业管理咨询（厦门）有限责任公司, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ChaJi Global provides AI-powered social media background investigation reports. The Service analyzes publicly available information on platforms including Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and produces analysis reports for legitimate personal or professional use.

3. Permitted Use

You may use ChaJi Global only for lawful purposes, including:

• Business due diligence and vendor verification
• Pre-employment background screening
• Personal safety verification (e.g., online dating)
• Journalistic research on public figures

4. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Service for any of the following purposes:

• Stalking, harassing, or threatening any individual
• Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected class
• Any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Investigating minors under the age of 18
• Reselling or redistributing reports to third parties without written consent

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use investigation reports produced by the Service. ChaJi Global is a tool for information gathering; we do not make employment, tenancy, credit, or other decisions on your behalf. You must independently verify critical information and consult qualified professionals (legal, HR, etc.) before making consequential decisions.

6. Data Accuracy

Reports are generated from publicly available data using AI analysis. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty that reports are complete, accurate, or up-to-date. Social media content changes frequently and may not reflect the current status of any individual. Do not rely solely on ChaJi Global reports for consequential decisions.

7. Payments and Refunds

Purchases are processed securely via Stripe. Investigation credits do not expire. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused credits only. Completed investigations are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact hello@chaji.global.

8. Intellectual Property

Investigation reports generated by the Service are licensed to you for personal or internal business use only. You may not publish, sell, or distribute reports publicly without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHAJI GLOBAL AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we determine you are using the Service in violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Xiamen, China.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
