2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: Your email address used for authentication via OTP.
  • Investigation requests: Target names, usernames, and platform handles you submit for investigation.
  • Payment information: Payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We receive only a payment confirmation and the last 4 digits of your card for your records. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and other analytics to improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate your account and deliver investigation reports.
  • To process payments and issue receipts.
  • To improve the accuracy and reliability of our AI analysis.
  • To communicate service updates, if you have opted in to communications.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Data We Investigate

ChaJi Global only collects and analyzes publicly available social media content — information that users have voluntarily published on platforms such as Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. We do not access private messages, non-public profiles, or any content requiring authentication to view.

Investigation results are stored securely and accessible only to the account that requested them.

5. Data Retention

Investigation reports are retained for 12 months from the date of generation, after which they are deleted. You may request early deletion of your reports by contacting hello@chaji.global.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or investigation data with third parties, except:

  • Service providers: Stripe (payment processing), Fly.io (cloud hosting), and analytics providers, who process data under strict data processing agreements.
  • Legal requirements: If required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.

8. Your Rights

We use an authentication cookie to keep you signed in across sessions. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
